The Coordinator of Residential Operations is responsible for the room assignments operation, various aspects of residential services, oversight of the summer camp & conference program, and the billing/accounts receivable component of the office. The Coordinator also develops and maintains the student data files (computer and hard copy). Specific functions include coordinating room changes, room reapplication, housing contract appeal process, bike lockers, guest& vacation housing, summer camps & conferences, temporary housing, Goodhue reception area, mail forwarding, and package distribution. The Coordinator supervises several student workers and the Classified Associates.

The Coordinator for Community Development supervises three Hall Directors and Graduate Assistant Staff in the Midwest Area. Provides coordination for overall community development in the residence halls including, but not limited to the Responsible Learning Community (RLC) process, common area damage, and recycling. Serves as primary adminastrator of residence life conduct matters. Advises the Diversity Advocate team and student conduct hearing boards. Also provides community based alcohol education.

The Coordinator for Staff Development supervises four Hall Directors and graduate assistant staff in the YearOne. Provides coordination for the overall student staff development programming efforts. Coordinates Resident Assistant staff selection, training, and development, and assists with the overall residence hall staffing operations. Assists Hall Directors and Assistant Hall Directors with issues pertaining to Resident Assistants. Coordinates designated staff training and development.

The Associate Director provides overall direction for operational and business functions of the Office of Residence Life and recommends policy development for the residence halls. The Associate Director has responsibility for coordinating the daily operations and activities of the administrative functions of the residence halls, including, but not limited to: room assignments, student accounts, financial planning, purchasing, human resources, management information systems, telecommunications, marketing and public relations, customer service, summer camps/conferences, residential services, office coordination, Goodhue building supervision. The Associate Director also serves as chief housing officer in the absence of the Director.
